Create a Ciquain Poem and Dance!

A Cinquain is a 5 line poem. There are a few different ways a cinquain can be created but fo this assignment I would like to use the following structure:

Line 1 (Subject): Your Name

Line 2 (2 adjectives describing yourself)

Line 3: (3 verbs related to yourself):

Line 4: (4 word sentence related to yourself):

Line 5: (1 synonym related to yourself):

Noun: Person place or thing

Adjective: word describing person, place or thing

Verb: a word used to describe an action,state or occurrence

Synonym: a word or phrase that has exactly or close to the same meaning as another word

Below is an example I created for you.

Line 1. Cara

Line 2. Friendly, Energetic

Line 3. Leaping, smiling, learning

Line 4. I teach at Greenhill.

Line 5. Dancer

After completing your Ciquain, please take some time to explore different ways to express each line of the poem through movement.
