Cell Phone & Electronic Use Policy

Personal electronic devices not allowed during class time. (in the classroom and in the hallway)
Cell phone use in locker rooms is not allowed.

Cell phone use in restrooms is not allowed.
Reminder, teachers do not have to provide warning before confiscating a phone the first time it is seen.
Having an earbud in your ear during class time is a violation of school and district policy, as well as state law.

ACCEPTABLE USE AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER/INTERNET:

Internet resources are a valuable tool for a student's education. School Internet access is a privilege which may be authorized as well as withdrawn. Students are expected to follow all guidelines as outlined by district policy. In the case that a student does not adhere to these policies, it could result in a loss of privilege or further disciplinary action.

Students who use school computers must read and understand this contract. Their signatures and the signatures of their parent/guardian are required before any student can use school computers or GSD network internet access.
