Children’s Behavioral Health Help During the Pandemic

This is a time of stress and anxiety for many children and families; however, there is help available to support children's behavioral health needs.

If your child is in crisis, call 2-1-1 for Mobile Crisis Intervention Services.

Families can find community mental health agencies and providers trained in selected trauma-informed evidence-based treatments through Connecticut’s Evidence-Based Practices Directory. Call to see if telehealth services are offered.

Contact your pediatrician or call 2-1-1 to ask for a referral to a mental health provider near you.
