Tutor Training Camp
Mandarin Class had started officially as a long-term program under Student Representative Council (MPP) UTM since 1998. As an extension of few years ago, participants of Mandarin Club of this semester will continue to attend the classes in the upcoming semester for a further learning to a higher level. Mandarin Club provide the opportunity for UTM students to equip themselves with another alternative language as well as develop its personality and academic credibility. At the same time, UTM graduates will increase the chance to get employed. Through this training camp, we are able to review the ways of teaching syllabus and lessons delivery to improve the quality of teaching in Mandarin Club.
2023/2024小型培训营
工大华文班之小型培营《聚·意》
2023年10月31日，工大华文班小型培训营之《聚·意》圆满结束。这次的培训营不仅让各处处员明确了解各自的职责和任务，还促使了处长们与新旧处员们之间的了解与交流。
感谢每一位参加培训营的处员们，是你们的热情与积极让整个活动充满了活力与正能量。同时，我们也要特别感谢各位理事以及各处处长们的耐心培训与指导，正是因为你们的付出让处员们受益良多。

2022/2023小型培训营
小型培训营之《承先起后》
2023年4月3日，工大华文班小型培训营圆满结束。
小型培训营的目的是为了向处员们介绍新任理事与培训新处员，让他们更加了解各自的工作范围。此外，此活动也让处员们可以相互认识与接触。
我们希望参加小型培训营的处员能够从中获益，为工大华文班的未来作出贡献。同时，我们也希望他们能继承前人的经验和教训，努力突破往届，青出于蓝而胜于蓝。
小型培训营之《归•意》
2022年11月1日，工大华文班如期举办了小型培训营。
此活动以《归•意》为名，是代表疫情后的华文班将重新整顿，不忘初衷地继续发扬中华传统文化。
同时各处也让新进的一批血液更深入了解我们工大华文班和各处对于工大华文班的重要性与工作。

工大华文班2019/2020第二学期小型培训营——《风华正茂》圆满落幕啦！
