Remote Learning Troubleshooting (?)

The present circumstances make necessary to rely on remote teaching-learning. So... when everything is working correctly...
Log into Google Classroom
Work on your asynchronous lesson
Attend your scheduled Google Meet
But despite the fact that technology is so wonderful, it can give us some problems and we must have some guidelines for what to do if...
Something goes wrong in the Google Meet (Can’t see, get kicked out, can’t hear)
Log out and log back in, try multiple times
Email/Send a text message to the teacher, tell him/her what happened if you can’t get back in
Complete the asynchronous lesson
Watch the Google Meet when it is posted for additional help
Google Classroom isn’t working
Email/Send a text message to the teacher
Go to your teacher’s website, an assignment is posted for you to complete for the day
Internet / Electricity isn’t working
Message your teacher through Remind, school Gmail, or call his/her office number. Discuss the lesson for the day
Call the homework helpline
