After retrieving Azaka's Mask, and rescuing the Aracorkra Nephyr, the PCs Toe highlands pass ok a long rest at the base of Firefinger. Nephyr invites you to Kir Sabal; a Mountaintop monastary where Nephyr suggests his leader might be able to grant you the ability to fly - Come by to check it out! Currently, the party decided to head towards the ancient ruins of Mezro. The PCs decide to take the Highlands pass rather than the swampy lowlands path, and in doing so will pass by the Ratburton Crypts.
After handling the threat of a pair of Allasauruses, and finding a sustainable source of Ryath Root, the party made their way to the Highlands where they met Hawksin; a treasure hunter who has taken a short break from his Flaming Fist duties to find raid some local tombs. Hawksin has explored the region, and scoured a few crypts, but he warns the PCs about the spiders in the North. That same night, the PCs see a ghostly shape moving about the forest, and unsuccessfully track it back towards those same Northern crypts.
Undeterred, the Party makes their way towards the north where they were ambushed by a pair of Ettercaps. After Successfully finding a trapped door, Jack suggested that Korga simply "suck it up" and take the brunt of the trap. It would be the last time that Korga listened to Jack.
Once the door to the crypt was open (and the trap disabled), the Party entered the crypt despite Ashara's distaste. There they learned learned of the crypt's owner. Alisanda Rayburton is one of the original Barae - The Paladin -like guardians of the once great city of Mezro. Legend says that Alisanda was once a noble hero - she protected Mezro for centuaries, defeated the Goblin Chief during the great Batari Wars 200 years ago, but, like the rest of Mezro, was wiped out over a century ago by the rogue Barae Ras Nisi.
A Phase spider resided in the crypt, but was delt with n time. The PCs also discovered a Ghost inhabiting the grounds. The ghost seemed to follow a path throught the graveyard and within the crypts at regular intervals; It attended the crypt each night at midnight. The Ghost briefly inhabited Fergus, and after their less than pleasant interaction, Fergus concluded that the Ghost was trying to retrieve a necklace from his deceased wife, and that he wanted to return to Mezro.
After retrieving the Amulet of Alisanda from the corpse, the Pcs made their way towards Mezro where they were harassed by Batari Goblins, but managed to steer away from thier village. Once Ashara showed them the hidden staircase which descends back down towards the coast, the PCs arrived at the Ruins of Mezro
The once great City of Mezro still stands. Legends say that Ras Nisi, a zealot Barae sought to cleanse the city that had (in his opinion) strayed from Ubtao's path. The walls and buildings seem perfectly intact - desolate and empty, but preserved still after a century. As the Party entered the city, they were immediatly met by a lone Flaming Fist officer. RUN! he screamed running straight towards them - followed by a very angry T-rex.
After Fending off the T-Rex (One of the Fists, Malthus was eaten), the PCs met the Fisy Patrol loed by Gauntlet Robias. Robias (and his "knuckles" ) are a rag tag group of Flaming Fist Missfits who have been stationed here for 2 months. They showed the PCs around Mezro: The residential district (with maze-like streets and allys), the Market District (filled with rubble and junk), the Scholar's district (Larger buildings and strees attraccts the larger Dinos, and the agricultual discrict (that has been overgrown and attracted animals from the jungle). The PCs also visites Ubtao's Temple Shrine - A great stone slab engraved with a Maze. Once travelled, the magic of the maze reveals history about Mexro and it's People.
The Soldiers were very welcoming and helped the PCs re-stock and rest before they decided to travel south towards Kir Sabal.
The Pcs decided to head to Kir Sabal where Nephyr promised a rital to allow them to fly. After a week in the Jungle; a journey over the Monkey Bridge at Attaz Muhahah, meeting a cyclops heading inland and dealing
