New this week:
Since our plants have been moved to the garden and the weather is starting to get warmer, we are noticing more insects outdoors.
Below you will find various read alouds about insects and a craft an insect project - be sure to check out the instructions and the video.
We will also start a research assignment, you will choose 1 insect to explore and create a book on Book Creator App on your iPad.

Start with construction paper, markers/ colouring pencils, scissors, and glue.
Draw an oval for the head.
Draw a circle for the thorax.
Draw a large oval for the abdomen.
Cut shapes out.
Glue pieces together.
Cut 6 legs out.
Glue 3 legs on each side of the middle (thorax) piece.
Add eyes, mouth and antennae.
