We will be learning about staying safe while being outdoors and how to protect ourselves from the sun.

Watch the video to find out how you can make your own ice cream to keep cool as the days become hot.
Ingredients: sugar, cream, and vanilla extract, measuring cup, measuring spoons, towel, little and big plastic bags, ice cubes, a timer, and salt.
In the small bag, add 1/2 cup of cream, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Seal the bag.
Put 4 cups of ice inside the big plastic bag.
Add 1/2 cup of salt to the ice.
Add the small bag to the big bag and seal the big bag.
Using the towel or oven mitts, shake the bag for 5-10 minutes. Have a spoon handy to taste test. Enjoy!
