Course Selection Process

1) Information is being shared in classes the week of January 6th

• Current grade 12s: Mon.,  Jan 6th- homeroom

• Current Grade 11s: Tues., Jan 7th- period 2

• Current Grade 10s: Wed., Jan 8th- period 2

• Current Grade 9s: Thurs., Jan9th- period 2

2) Login to myBlueprint 

• Select 'School Account Login'

• Username: studentnumber@gotvdsb.ca 

• Password: school password

• Choose High School

• Add to your Plan (graduation summaries will be provided in homeroom

• Students entering grade 10 & 11 need to select 8 courses. Students entering grade 12 may only need to select 6 courses. All students need to select 2 alternates in the case of a conflict.

• Grade 12s who are certain they are NOT RETURNING will choose NOT RETURNING in myBlueprint and submit 

• Once all courses and alternates have been entered click on 'Review Course Selections'

• Review submissions then click 'submit'

• Out of Area Exemption form due Febaruary14th

3) Send approval email to parents/guardians. All plans must be submitted and approved by Tuesday, February 11, 2025
