Your initial login is the email you used in your application - please reach out to W2support@gopuff.com if you're having any trouble logging in.
If you have not signed up to become a GoPuff Driver or are currently in the process of signing up, you will need to sign up or finish the process before you can access the driver app.
You can log into the driver app with the email address or phone number associated with your Gopuff account. Once you enter your email address or phone number, you will receive an SMS or email with a 6-digit passcode that will allow you to log into the driver app. You do not need to remember a unique password to log in.
If you have not signed up to become a W2 Driver or are currently in the process of signing up, you will need to sign up or finish the process before you can access the app.
When you log in to the Gopuff Driver app for the first time, you will see a pop-up regarding location permissions. Click Allow to enable the app to access your device’s location.
This helps the app collect location data to enable order assignment and customer updates, even when the app is closed or not in use. By providing more information and clearer delivery times to customers, we’re creating a better overall customer experience. This means more future orders for you and more immediate post-order tips.
With management approval, yes you may deliver at multiple locations as long as it is a W2 driver site and both locations have the same hiring entity. Please email w2support@gopuff.com to see if there are other sites in your area where you are able to work.
Adding Blocks:
Visit the Schedule tab in Gopuff Driver to see available delivery blocks for a location. You will now see the option to switch between locations at the top of the screen. You can select and add delivery blocks, one at a time, for one or multiple micro-fulfillment center locations.
Dropping Blocks:
If you are unable to work the delivery block(s) you selected, you can drop them! Simply return to the Schedule tab in Gopuff Driver, select the blocks you wish to drop, then click “Drop Hours”. They will immediately be made available to other drivers.
**Please remember to drop them at least 24 hours prior to the shift starting.**
Gopuff takes privacy very seriously, which is why we mask any phone number involved in a delivery (both yours and the customer's). A customer will never be able to see or save your real phone number in the event you need to reach them to complete a delivery.
