Indiana Alcohol Employee Permit

Effective July 1, 2023, W2 drivers need to hold an employee permit in order to make deliveries if working in the state of Indiana. 

Upon submitting the application, the permit is immediately effective. However, the employee must complete certified training within 120 days or the permit is voided. ​

The cost is $45.00 for a 3-year permit.  The license application is online and linked here.  You will need to pay for the license with a credit or debit card and Gopuff will reimburse you in the following pay period after you upload your Employee Permit via the link that was sent to your email and you have completed at least 1 delivery.​
