In order to comply with local regulations, drivers in Oklahoma will need to have an Oklahoma ABLE Alcohol Beverage Employee License in order to onboard with us and deliver alcohol.
The cost for the Employee License is $33.50 for a 3-year permit. The license application is online and linked here. You will need to pay for the license with a credit or debit card and Gopuff will reimburse you in the following pay period after you upload your Employee Permit via the link that was sent to your email and you have completed at least 1 delivery.
Submitting the ABLE application does not guarantee approval of the application. The ABLE Commission reviews submitted application information to determine if an applicant qualifies for the license. An employee license will be issued to those who qualify via email and will be denied for those applicants who do not qualify via letter by certified mail. The approval process is typically 3 to 5 days from the date of filing the application online.
Within 14 days of initial licensure, the applicant for an employee license is required to successfully complete a training program of alcohol awareness training for persons involved in the direct service of alcohol, wine or beer by an entity certified and approved by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission. *The certificate indicating successful completion of the program is not the ABLE alcohol beverage employee license. -- You may submit a screenshot of your Responsible Delivery training completion done through your Gopuff onboarding application to ABLE as the required proof of training.
