1. What do I need in order to apply to be a Gopuff delivery partner?

2. What's the background check process like? 

All prospective delivery partners are required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a Criminal Background Check. You will need to sign a consent form before we run the background check. The consent form will be sent to your email address. To learn more about the background check process, click here

3. How do I check on the status of my application?

To check the current status of your application, look for the most recent email communication from notification@fountain.com. This will direct you to your application portal. If your application is showing a pending background check, you can monitor the status of your background check through the Checkr Candidate Portal. 4. My application link doesn't seem to be working. What should I do?

Be aware that applicant links expire after 6 months. If yours isn’t working, has expired or you can’t find it in your email, reach out to partners@gopuff.com and a member of our team will send you a new link.

5. I am receiving an error message when I try to sign the Background Check consent form. What should I do?
