Contact customers the day before their scheduled installation
Contact customers when en route to their residence.
Contact customers ahead of time if any changes to your arrival time is expected.
Preemptively communicate any issues or design changes to the customer.
ATTIC RUNS
Attic runs are considered 'STANDARD INSTALLATION' and expected on every job. If you are unable to complete an attic run, please complete a Field Design Request Form in order to comply with SOPs regarding plan deviation.
Attic runs are typically faster and cheaper for the installer, saving any average of $40.00 per installation for materials.
INSTALL PHOTOS
All required installation photos MUST be uploaded in GOODPWR's CRM before leaving the installation job site. Using GOODPWR's CRM photo template is preferred and most efficient for the Build Partner.
LABELS, STICKERS & PLACARDS
All labels and placards required to pass inpsections and reach PTO are considered 'BOS' and supplied by the Build Partner.
DESIGN & BOM REVIEW
The Build Partner is considered the 'local expert' and is expected to review designs and BOMs to ensure ease of installations and first time inspection pass rates. Always contact GOODPWR Operations with any questions, comments or concerns.
DESIGN & BOM REVIEW
It is a requirement to utilize the Field Design Request Form in your plan set or on the 'Forms' page of this website. Failure to follow this SOP may result in clawbacks on monies owed.
MISSING OR INCORRECT MATERIALS
If material is missing or incorrect once delivered or picked up, alert GOODPWR Operations with details. Distributor delivery is the preferred method for getting missing parts on site. If the Build Partner retrieves and pays for missing parts, please add the amounts per part and total quantity to your final invoice.

WORKERS COMPENSATION EXEMPTION
Build Partners claiming exemption from Workers' Compensation Insurance must provide a copy of the state/licensing board filed exemption documentation. Failure to produce this documentation requires the Build Partner to sign the Goodpwr Workers' Compensation Affidavit.

General Liability - $1M per occurrence/$2M aggregate operations/products
Workers Comp - $1M each accident/disease policy each employee
Commercial Auto - $1M combined bodily injury property damage
Umbrella/Excess Liability - $1M per occurrence
Additional Insured Language: "Project and owner(s) are additional insured as respects to general liability, auto liability and excess liability as required by written contract. General liability coverage for additional insured applies on a primary and non- contributory basis and includes completed operations. Waiver of Subrogation applies in favor of Additional Insured with respect to General Liability, Automobile Liability, Excess Liability and Workers Compensation policies as required by written contract and as permitted by law. Workers Compensation complies with the state statutes in which the work will be performed.”
