There are a number of conference rooms and classrooms which senior design teams may reserve for their team's use. These rooms may be reserved by walk-in or email request to the staff in the SEAS Dean's Office (Paccar 211). Kindly let them know who you are, what you need, and what your desired times and dates are.
Rooms are not guaranteed to be available at the time you request. It is wise to request early and be as flexible as possible in what you need.
Conference rooms and classrooms are limited resources, have a high overall cost, and require many people's work to manage and maintain. The same is true of many spaces and resources in industry.
If your team has reserved a space and later finds they do not need it, contact the individual who reserved it for you and let them know so they can release it for others.
If your team makes a mess in a room, insure you clean it up or coordinate with the SEAS Dean's Office to alert the janitorial team of an unexpected mess that you need assistance with. Regardless of where you work, janitorial teams are essential members of your mission and should be respected with conscious effort on your part.
