Project Advisors, Design Advisory Board members, sponsors, and students will occasionally have scheduling conflicts or constraints related to presentations. Students should reach out to their Project Advisors and the Academic Director as soon as possible to determine how to address such conflicts.
Presentation schedules are created by the Academic Director in the month leading up to the presentation date. Requests to present at a certain time in the presentation order to avoid a conflict with your schedule should be sent to the Academic Director at least 2 weeks in advance of the presentation if not earlier. Once the schedule is published, it becomes much more difficult to make changes if it is possible at all.
