Activity Performance Scholarship, Academic Year 2025

Qualifications (คุณสมบัติ)

1. Being an undergraduate student at BUUIC, enrolled in a 4-year program, and having student status "studying" in the academic year for which the scholarship is requested.

(เป็นนิสิตวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ระดับปริญญาตรี หลักสูตร 4 ปี และมีสถานะ “กำลังศึกษา” ในปีการศึกษาที่ขอรับทุนการศึกษา)

2. Having good conduct, being courteous, and adhering to the rules and regulations of Burapha University.

(มีความประพฤติเรียบร้อย เป็นสุภาพชน ประพฤติตนอยู่ในระเบียบวินัย ตามประกาศ ข้อบังคับ ของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา)

3. No record of "taking a leave of absence".

(ไม่เคยมีประวัติ “ลาพักการศึกษา”)

4. No disciplinary sanctions have ever been imposed.

(ไม่เคยถูกลงโทษทางวินัย)

5. Have a GPAX at least 2.50 or higher.

(มีผลการศึกษาเฉลี่ยสะสม ไม่น้อยกว่า 2.50 ขึ้นไป)

6. Supporting the activities of BUUIC and Burapha university with enthusiasm and continuous, or have an outstanding activity achievements to enhance the reputation of BUUIC as a good example for students. The activities proposed must be ones that have not been submitted as evidence for scholarship applications in the past academic year.

(ช่วยเหลือกิจกรรมของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ และมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยความสมัครใจ หรือสร้างผลงานด้านกิจกรรมอันโดดเด่น สร้างชื่อเสียงแก่วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ อันเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีต่อนิสิต โดยกิจกรรมที่นำมาเสนอจะต้องเป็นกิจกรรมที่ไม่เคยยื่นแสดงหลักฐานการสมัครขอรับทุนการศึกษาในปีการศึกษาที่ผ่านมา)

7. Not a recipient of the academic scholarship for current academic year.

(ไม่เป็นผู้ได้รับทุนการศึกษา ประเภททุนด้านวิชาการ ประจำปีการศึกษาปัจจุบัน)

Application (การสมัคร)

Student who would like to apply for the activity performance scholarships can submit their information and documents for consideration from March 3, 2025 - May 23, 2025, following these steps:

นิสิตที่มีความประสงค์จะขอรับทุนการศึกษา ประเภททุนด้านกิจกรรม วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา สามารถยื่นข้อมูลและเอกสารเพื่อขอพิจารณาได้ภายในวันที่ 3 มีนาคม - 23 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

2. Students must log in to the university's account (studentID@go.buu.ac.th) to fill in the information in the scholarship application system link: https://forms.gle/2tu1eNQ8UYGUkRtm9

Consideration (การพิจารณา)

The scholarship committee will be responsible for evaluating the qualifications of students and announcing the list of eligible students to receive scholarships by June 30, 2025.

คณะกรรมการพิจารณาทุนการศึกษานิสิตวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาคุณสมบัติของนิสิต และประกาศรายชื่อนิสิตผู้มีสิทธิเข้ารับทุนการศึกษาภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568

Confirmation of eligibility to receive the scholarship. (การยืนยันสิทธิ์การเข้ารับทุนการศึกษา)

Students who have been selected for the scholarship must proceed to submit documents to confirm their eligibility to receive the scholarship with academic staff between July 1, 2025 until August 29, 2025. Failure to do so within the specified period will be considered as the student relinquishing their right to receive the scholarship.

นิสิตที่ได้รับการพิจารณาผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้ารับทุนการศึกษา จะต้องดำเนินการส่งเอกสาร เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์การเข้ารับทุนการศึกษาที่นักวิชาการศึกษา ภายในวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ถึงวันที่ 29 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568 หากพ้นกำหนดดังกล่าว จะถือว่านิสิตสละสิทธิ์การเข้ารับทุนการศึกษา

4. Copy of student ID card with certified

(สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวนิสิต พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง)

5. Copy of Thai citizen ID card or passport book with certified

(สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนนิสิตหรือสำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง)

6. Copy of the first page of the student's Krung Thai book bank with certified

(สำเนาหน้าสมุดบัญชีธนาคารกรุงไทยของนิสิต พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง)

Every document must be filled with details, signed with a blue pen, and submitted as hard copies to BUUIC only. Digital submissions are not accepted. 

เอกสารทุกฉบับจะต้องกรอกรายละเอียด ลงนามด้วยปากกาสีน้ำเงิน และส่งเป็นเอกสารที่วิทยาลัยฯ เท่านั้น งดการรับเอกสารแบบดิจิทัล

** Students eligible for the scholarship must participate in the scholarship award ceremony during the BUUIC Wai Khru ceremony. The right to receive the scholarship will be revoked if the student does not attend the ceremony without valid reason and prior notification. **

**นิสิตผู้มีสิทธิ์ได้รับทุนการศึกษา จะต้องเข้าร่วมพิธีมอบทุนการศึกษาในพิธีไหว้ครูวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ โดยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสิทธิ์การได้รับทุนการศึกษา หากนิสิตไม่เข้าร่วมพิธีโดยไม่มีเหตุอันควรและไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบก่อนล่วงหน้า**
