The Wobble Hypothesis explains why multiple codons can code for a single amino acid. One tRNA molecule can recognise and bind to more than one codon, due to the less-precise base pairs that can arise between the 3rd base of the codon and the base at the 1st position on the anticodon. The Wobble Hypothesis, proposed by Francis Crick, explains how a limited number of tRNAs can recognize multiple codons, even though the genetic code is degenerate, meaning some amino acids are encoded by more than one codon. This theory suggests that the first two bases in a codon and its corresponding anticodon in tRNA form a strong, complementary pair, while the third base can have a degree of "wobble" in its base pairing.

ONLINE - Case Study on Cystic Fibrosis Posted in the Google Classroom.
https://www.cysticfibrosis.ca/about-cf/what-is-cystic-fibrosis
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder inherited in an autosomal recessive manner that impairs the normal clearance of mucus from the lungs, which facilitates the colonization and infection of the lungs by bacteria, notably Staphylococcus aureus.[6] CF is a rare[7][8] genetic disorder that affects mostly the lungs, but also the pancreas, liver, kidneys, and intestine.
