Working in college used to mean grabbing shifts at the local coffee shop or the university bookstore. And while those are still common jobs for today’s college students, there are many other side hustle options available.
1) Become an online tutor. You can become a tutor for your school which is a very simple and easy job. You can do it in your dorm or even somewhere on campus such as the library.
2) Babysitting or dog sitting. Parents would most likely feel comfortable letting a responsible college student watch their child or dog. You could make up to 10-20 dollars an hour. You could start my asking your professors if they need help and possibility start asking your friends. Also many pet owners go out on weekends so they would really need a sitter.
3) Turn your hobby into a side hustle. Lets say you are good at doing hair or making clothes, you should try to take that seriously and make clothes and sell it or start doing peoples hair.
4) Do ubereats or instacart ect. Those types of jobs can get you quick money and you can start at any time and end at anytime and also cash out anytime. All the tips go to you which is great.
5) Look up jobs at your school on your campus that are available to students, such as I did.
