Unity Health Care is largest health center in DC and has provided health services to the community for over 35 years. Their mission is to promote health in the community through compassion and inclusive care for everyone, regardless of economic status. Their services include primary care, specialty care (behavioral health, psychiatry, dental services, and more), healthcare for the homeless, care for the deaf, a teen clinic, an opioid recovery program, pregnancy tests and family planning, HIV prevention treatment, nutrition education, and more.

Community of Hope focuses on bettering health, reducing health inequities, and ending homelessness in the DC community. Their efforts take hundreds of staff, volunteers, and a clear vision. Because of their great success, they were selected as one of The Washington Post 150 Top Workplaces in 2021 (and in 5 other years). La Clínica del Pueblo provides healthcare for the Latino immigrant community of Washington, DC. They offer a variety of medical services, mental health & substance use treatment, language access advocacy, and community health services. They believe that healthcare is a human right and strive to provide culturally appropriate care while focusing on the wellness of individuals and families in need. All services are offered in 8 languages and American Sign Language.

Bread for the City provides low income families in DC with medical care, and legal/social services, housing services and more. Their goal is to help families and communities develop power to guide their own future. They also strive to create health equity among racial minority groups. While offering basic health services, they also have clothing and diaper programs, social work and pre-employment services, and a legal clinic for housing/immigration/family support problems.

Whitman Walker work to empower people to live healthy lives and to achieve inclusion of all people. They offer health services and particularly specialize in LGBTQ & HIV care.
