The visual representation displayed above of the Four Directions Secondary School program was created by teachers Courtney Bruin and Jordan Smith from the collective vision and values of the Four Directions Secondary program teachers, support staff, students, families, youth leaders (CLL), administration, and supporting community. The teaching team conducted research and analysis to ensure the model connects and reflects provincial, district, school, post-secondary and community policies, values, and goals. The following document outlines the cross-reference process and critical review that were conducted in the development and design of the Vision, Mission and Values of Four Directions’ School Program Model presented above.
