Instructions: Follow the directions and fill out the information. In the blank spaces above the head, you need to write phrases about yourself to make your hair style. Be creative with your words and color the picture if you wish. On the second page, it was originally meant to interview a classmate, so instead just answer the questions. Disregard the bottom part that starts "summarize your interview..."
