Registration

The AIIDE-24 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, and access to the electronic AIIDE-24 proceedings. While registration will remain open after the early registration deadline, we encourage all to register by Friday, October 11 to facilitate planning needs. Registration fees will increase beginning October 11, at 11:59 pm EDT.

We will hold an AIIDE-24 Opening Night Social Event on Monday, November 18, 2024 from 6:00PM - 9:00PM. The social event requires a separate registration, available here: https://aaaiforms.wufoo.com/forms/m1nevqac1dbslgi/

The poster and demo session will be held Thursday, November 21 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM. If you would like to attend just this event, there is a registration for it here: https://aaaiforms.wufoo.com/forms/m61drk616ps0pm/. (Note that the poster and demo session is included in a regular conference registration, this registration is if you would like to attend only the poster and demo session.)

AIIDE Workshop Program

Workshop Information:

AIIDE-24 workshops will be held November 18 & 19, just prior to the technical conference.

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT SIGN UP FOR CONCURRENT EVENTS, so please consult the schedule carefully before making your selections.

Workshops are individually priced. A discount is applied for main conference registrants. Individuals wishing to attend workshops only should select the Workshop Only option for their registration type. The workshop only fees do NOT include admittance to any AIIDE-24 technical sessions, opening reception or poster session. Registration is valid for the day(s) of the workshops only.

Registration / Proof of Student Status

To register online, please complete the form at https://aaai.getregistered.net/aiide-24. If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.

Refund Requests

The deadline for refund requests is October 11, 2024. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all technical program refunds. For any additional inquiries, please write to AAAI at aiide@aaai.org.

Visa Invitation Letter

Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted AIIDE-24 authors or registrants with a paid, completed registration. You may access the visa letter request form via the ink provided in your registration confirmation email.

AIIDE-24 has reserved a small block of rooms at the SpringHill Suites near the University of Kentucky at the group rate of $129.00/night. Space is limited so we encourage booking prior to the cutoff date of October 28, 2024.
