The 2024-2025 school year is off to a great start.  As your Transition Specialist, I have the opportunity  to partner with GCISD families and help them to navigate their student's path to adult life. I will send out this newsletter every month with important information about transition, employment, post secondary education options as well as helpful resources for students and families.
