The study intends to determine the effects of the English-only policy on Grade 11 and Grade 12 Senior High School (SHS) students, and it aims to investigate the opinion of participants regarding the use of collaboration, positive feedback, and other strategies to help students who face difficulties using English as the medium of instruction (Davison, 2006). The researchers also seek to identify factors that affect students' capability, confidence in speaking, and performance in English, such as their Linguistic problems, Psychological Problems, and Attitudes toward the English Medium (Hsiu-Ju & Warden, 1998).
