My experience with our proposal defense has been an emotional roller coaster in which I am both excited and frightened. I was scared on the day of the defense proposal because my hands were shaking and my heart was racing, but I overcame my anxieties since I was prepared and I wanted to demonstrate that I am confident and can answer all of the panelist's questions. I take my RDL teacher's advise that we need to do it professionally and remove our nervousness by answering it clearly and loudly. It felt like a great weight was lifted off my shoulders when our idea was successfully defended. I am pleased with my performance. I can say that our group is prepared; we have answered all of the questions and successfully defended it; nevertheless, we need to enhance our self-confidence in the manner we talk in front of the class while answering the questions. We will improve and expand our vocabulary so that we can use accurate terms in our responses. I can see that we have limitations when it comes to using English in our answers, yet despite this, we still manage. I'm proud of the work my group members did and the effort they made. We will train more individually and as a group for the upcoming final defense so that we may improve our own talents because success comes from practice.
