Managing and evaluating huge amounts of information was one of the challenges we encountered.  It hindered us from extracting meaningful information with the vast amount of information. We also had to ensure that the resources were accurate, reliable and not biased. Another challenge was developing the research is having inadequate writing skills, it can affect the quality and impact of the research. Which is we must use precise words so there would be no misunderstandings. We were able to overcome these challenges by employing strategies which helped us achieve our goals. One of the strategies employed was working by subgroups. Having subgroups enabled us to put our efforts in a specific aspect of the research. It helped researchers have a more focused and productive approach. As a result, the research progressed smoothly and resources were optimized. Another strategy that was employed is Effective Communication whych played as an important role.
