Only necessary information should be collected and processed. Student-teachers should avoid gathering excessive data that isn't directly relevant to their teaching responsibilities.
Student-teachers must handle physical and digital records securely, ensuring that documents are not left unattended and digital files are password-protected to prevent unauthorized access.
