Note: My Cooperating Teacher allowed me to assist in handling various school forms, from SF1 to SF10. However, I am unable to include any of these forms—particularly SF1 and SF2—in this report, as they contain confidential information.

Note: Since school forms are considered confidential, only a limited preview can be shared. Below is a sneak peek captured in this photo while assisting my cooperating teacher, Ms. Amy, together with Sir Bing, our Master Teacher, and his student teacher, Ms. Elysia. During this time, we were verifying the grades of Grade 10 students using SF 9 (Learner’s Progress Report Card) and SF 10 (Permanent Record).
Cooperating teachers should brief student-teachers on data privacy principles to ensure they understand their responsibilities in handling sensitive information.
Only necessary information should be collected and processed. Student-teachers should avoid gathering excessive data that isn't directly relevant to their teaching responsibilities.
Student-teachers must handle physical and digital records securely, ensuring that documents are not left unattended and digital files are password-protected to prevent unauthorized access.
