The library is spacious and well-organized, featuring partitioned bookshelves for books and displays, including vintage items. The book shelving units are arranged by context and content. It is also equipped with several computers and offers ample space for relaxation and knowledge enrichment.
The Guidance Office is somewhat spacious, with office cubicles inside it designated for specific purposes. It also features a visitors' area facing the entrance door, which consists of three sofas arranged around a center table.
It has several stalls for meals and snacks located inside the gymnasium. Outside of it, there is a covered area where students can sit and eat, with several tables and chairs arranged around the space. Additionally, there is a designated area for students to dispose of their leftovers and return their dishes.
The infirmary has a designated space where students can rest, along with a partitioned area for dental services. The office is equipped with medical devices and other necessary supplies to address students' health concerns.
The AVR is somewhat spacious, with more open space than equipment, which is ideal for its purpose. It has chairs, a smart screen mounted above the blackboard, a computer set, and air conditioning. The interior of the AVR is visible from the outside due to the transparent glass near its doors.
The science lab has several fluorescent lights, which, along with the natural light from the windows, ensures good lighting. The tables are arranged in two columns with chairs around them, and the lab is equipped with various tools needed for scientific experiments. It also features a blackboard and a computer set.
The gymnasium is spacious, well-ventilated, and well-lit due to large fans, ample lighting, and natural light from the open area. It has multiple stacked chairs to accommodate students and features a stage in the farthest middle area.
It is spacious, and it features a mini stage at the front. Inside, there are numerous tables and chairs arranged for seating. It is equipped with a blackboard, air-conditioning units, an electric fan, and sufficient lighting. Additionally, a collage of photos, showcasing students and events, is positioned behind the stage, serving as a backdrop that enhances the visual appeal.
The outdoor garden is scattered around the campus, and it features a variety of plants, including flower-bearing plants and small trees. It also includes small cement benches and tables for seating. Overall, the garden is colorful and fresh.
The home economics room is large enough to accommodate one section and features infographics on safety rules. It is fully equipped with tools, appliances, and items needed for baking and cooking.
The PTA office is a cramped and disorganized space filled with parcels, boxes, and piles of paper. It seems to have been converted into a storage area, as it is not effectively serving its intended functional purpose.
The boys' comfort rooms are equipped with amenities, though some could be further developed as certain features are not functioning. It would be beneficial if all comfort rooms had mirrors. While there are urinals and cubicles with bidets, some of the facilities are dirty and have an unpleasant odor.
The girls' comfort rooms are somewhat cleaner compared to the boys' comfort rooms and are also fully equipped with amenities.
Displayed on the walls in Grade 9 Bobola are AdNU's vision-mission, prayers, and bulletin board at the back. A smart screen is attached at the top of the blackboard, which can also be found in other rooms. The classroom also features motivational posters, a memory wall, creative quotes and designs, as well as a message station with envelopes on the wall where students can leave letters for each other. There are two tables together with two students occupying each, arranged into four columns of 10 students per column and five rows of 8 students per row, accommodating a total of 40 students. Platforms sit beneath the blackboard, and the teacher's table, equipped with a computer set, is positioned near the teacher's door. The classroom is well-ventilated because of the open windows and doors, supported by four ceiling fans and one oscillating fan. It is also well-lit, with eight fluorescent lights that are complemented by the natural light coming through the open windows and doors.
The bulletin board features not only announcements but also birthday celebrants, list of cleaners, class officers, class schedule, transmutation table, class mantra, their patron saint, and their achievements. Like other sections in Grade 9, the room is decorated with a variety of designs, giving it a festive atmosphere.
Final Thoughts: The well-organized campus may enhance student learning by creating supportive, resource-rich spaces that promote engagement and well-being. The thoughtful layout and facilities promote effective instruction, social interaction, and holistic development. In my view, such qualities align with child and adolescent development by addressing their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. AdNU Pacol, in particular, promotes engagement, motivation, and effective learning, which may contribute to students' growth and success.

Board displays are scattered across various locations, mostly outside offices, making it hard to track their exact number. They are strategically positioned for easy visibility, covering a wide range of topics. Some displays highlight student artwork, safety rules, and school policies, while others provide office-specific information such as schedules, reminders, and personnel details. The materials used vary, including cartolina, bond paper, small tarpaulins, styrofoam letters, and printed or laminated items, often with decorative borders. Although some displays have minor errors, the biggest issue is that some are cluttered and use small fonts, making them difficult to read. Among all, the artwork display stood out to me the most, as I am particularly drawn to drawings, which I believe were created by students.

Improving the layout and using larger fonts would enhance the effectiveness of the displays by ensuring that important messages are easily accessible to everyone.
On the other hand, the language used in most of the board displays is clear and simple, making the information easy to understand for the target audience. There is little use of jargon, which ensures understandability. However, while some displays are well-designed, others fall short in terms of both design and content, with some being cluttered with excessive text. A better balance of text, visuals, and relevant information would make the displays more effective.
To improve the board displays, it is important to maintain a balance of text and visuals, ensuring content is easy to read with larger fonts and clear language. Organizing the information logically with distinct sections can help viewers quickly find key points. Additionally, incorporating vibrant colors, engaging graphics, and interactive elements like QR codes would boost engagement. Regularly updating the displays with current information will keep them relevant and interesting to the target audience.

An effective school environment is one that constantly pursues innovation in ways that promote the functionality of offices, efficiency of staff, students' safety, access to learning resources, and inclusivity. By "inclusivity," it’s not about rhetoric or surface-level notions of inclusivity that align with the regressive politics of education; rather, it supports the diversity within the school, whether in terms of gender, special needs, self-expression, or other aspects. This, in itself, promotes safety and acceptance (hence inclusivity) among students.
A school must also be proactive in amplifying and addressing issues both on and off campus — one that does not distance itself from the struggles of the masses and its students. A classroom must embrace critical pedagogy, moving away from technicist education that treats learners as passive recipients of knowledge. This approach empowers students and teachers to think and act critically by opening discussions that make everyone active social agents. If these criteria are met, education will have successfully achieved its objectives — going beyond the physical aspects of a "school environment.”
