Q. How to buy more credits

Top-up printing credit can be purchased in the Learning Resource Centres as a convenient location. The centre staff can also offer support and advice on using printers, scanning and photocopying.

Q. Refunds

A. Refunds are only given for failures caused by the system or equipment malfunction, not for user mistakes.

If your course is longer than one academic year, unused credits will roll-over into the next year. Unused credits will not be refunded at the end of your course and you are therefore advised to manage your account by only purchasing what you need, when you need it.
