Backing up your work
If you are leaving college, you may want to take some of your college work with you. This content may be kept on Google Drive, or you may have some work stored on the college network. Here are some ways to get them off the college systems.
Q. How do I download my college work?
A. See below for different ways depending on where your work is stored.
Good for those with personal Google Account - transfers all content owned by you to another Google Account you own. (Staff MUST not use this method. Please contact Helpdesk@chigroup.ac.uk or elearning@gbmc.ac.uk)

Good if you're saving specific content - converts content to Microsoft Office documents
Can only be done while in college - please ask at the LRC/Library for your campus if you need help
Important
Your account will remain active for 6 weeks after your course end date
Your account will be removed 12 weeks after your course end date
Please make sure you have downloaded any content before your account is deactivated
