Q. What is my Google login in.

A.    Your login is Username: yourstudentnumber@student.GBMC.ac.uk  and your password will be the same as your network login password. If you can’t remember your password ask for help in the Learning Resource Centre.

Q. Where can I login to Google?

A.    You can login to Google from any device that's connected to the internet.

Q.  Google page won’t load.

A. Check that you are using Google Chrome - G Suite for Education does not work so well in some other browsers.

Q. I can’t log in to my Google account

A. Speak to a member of staff in the Learning Resource Centre or contact us.


Q. I need help using G Suite for Education

A. Ask in the LRC for help. Staff are happy to help you and you can even arrange a 1 to 1 session or attend a workshop.

Q. I can’t find my Google Docs.

A. Use the search facility in Google Drive.

Q. How do I find my Drive course folder?

A. Click on the Course Drive link in your Course Community - then click on Add to Drive to add the course folder to your Drive.  Alternatively go to Drive and look in Shared with Me .

Q. I can’t login to Classroom

A. Check your Gmail for an email from your Tutor with the Class Code for joining.
