Squad Expectations 

Dragons Secondary Swimming Squad Expectations 2023-2024

Development (Primary - Secondary) - Lead Coach - Coach Jose 

6 Swimming  sessions and 1 land training per week are available, minimum 2 Sessions per week is expected.

The minimum criteria for maintaining a place in this squad is as follows;

At Least 2+ Pool sessions per week.

 The aim of the squad is to improve and move up to the performance squad or remain actively engaged in swimming. 

Senior Performance (Secondary) - Lead Coach - Coach Jose

8 Swimming sessions and 2 land training sessions per week are available, minimum 4 Sessions per week is expected.

The minimum criteria for maintaining a place in this squad is as follows;

At Least 4+ Pool sessions per week, including 1 Early morning session, and at least

1 Land training session - The full program distance is based on a consistent 5/6 sessions per week, anything less and the swimmer is not completing the full program.
