OUR VALUES HELP US STICK TOGETHER
As an exercise, the staff made puzzle pieces of our values and then connected them together to show how our personal values align. We attached velcro on the back of the pieces so that families can play with it and move the pieces around.

Our outstanding staff is composed of six child and family focused professionals with a combined over 90 years of experience in the field! Our staff are highly educated with Bachelor's degrees and Master's degrees in Early Education and hold certifications from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Tracilee and Alex manage the office as Director and Assistant Director. Hallie and Lizzy lead the Sunflower classroom while Cassie and Monica lead the Dandelion Room. The staff spend many hours planning and collaborating around each child's needs, as well as how to support their learning in a group setting. Our staff build strong relationships with families as they work alongside them each day!

At our school, you as parents get the amazing opportunity to be a leader in your child's early learning years. There are many opportunities to be involved in our community either through parent helping in the classroom, signing up for specific tasks , baking for our bake sale or being a member of our board. No job is too small or too large. We value everyone's participatation in our school.
