Our Staff

Our outstanding staff is composed of three child and family focused professionals with a combined over 50 years of experience in the field. Our staff are highly educated with Master's degrees in Early Education and hold the top certifications from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Tracilee Tracy serves as our Director. Alex Vaillancourt and Hallie Silva lead the classroom as our gifted teachers. The staff spend many hours planning and collaborating around each child's needs, as well as how to support their learning in a group setting. Our staff build strong relationships with families as they work alongside them each day!

Our Parents (You!)

At our school, you as parents get the amazing opportunity to be a leader in your child's early learning years. There are many opportunities to be involved in our community either through parent helping in the classroom, signing up for specific tasks , baking for our bake sale or being a member of our board. No job is too small or too large. We value everyone's participatation in our school.
