Biology
Nature of the Subject
Science in general is an exploration into the innate human question "Why?", seeking to find and consolidate an understanding of the world around us. Biology, specifically, is the embodiment of the forces that have helped shape the planet we live on. The physical forces that gave rise to the chemical elements we find throughout the universe and the unique combination and balance of the processes that drive the dynamic ecosystems of our planet, are what we will focus on during the Biology course. Through experimentation and developing key practical skills, the students will gain an insight into fundamental interactions and biochemical reactions that drive life on earth.

Teacher Introduction
Biology is much more than just a Science course. It gives students a greater understanding of the world around them and the impacts humans can have.
