When you might need to
Simply scroll down on TeachAssist and select the Guidance Counsellor of your choice, based on Alpha, availability or preference.
Appointments are in-person for F2F learners, and virtual for remote learners - please indicate if you are requesting a virtual appointment by selecting 'Virtual Online Requested'.
On the morning of your appointment, you will be sent a link to join via GAPPs - accessible through your Google Calendar or Meets link. Remote learners - please avoid booking appointments on the same day that you would like to have an appt, or email the counsellor to notify them to ensure it is not missed, and a link can be sent to you. Virtual appointments take palce over Google Meet.
Families/Guardians can also meet with Guidance in person or virtually! Families can book via TeachAssist Parent Portal, or contact the Guidance office @ 905-940-8840 x 187.
