how to register?
Activity & Service sign up
All students in the Gymnastics programme who wish to continue in the following season are required to sign up online by logging in to;
K1-G3 registration is accessed using the parent's account only. Parents should access CIMS through the parent portal click here.
G4-G6 registration is accessed using the student's & parent's accounts. For the Parent sign-up link, please click here. For the Student sign-up link please click here.
G7 to G12 registration is accessed using the student's account only. For the Student sign-up link please click here.
SIGN UP POLICY PLEASE READ
There are no year to year rollover. Students' places from the previous season (within the same school year) are prioritised in the following season provided that the student signs up for the same day, places gymnastics as option 1, and settles the payment as soon as they receive their allocation. If this process is not followed, students may lose their spots and another student will be allocated in replacement.
Only one class a week is allowed per student. This is to ensure we accommodate everyone at the college who wishes to join the programme. If a student intends to do more than once a week, we can only offer the Saturday class as their second session.
Priority will be given to those who have done the registration process. Students who missed the sign-up window will have to sign-up during the clearing phase (round 2). The system will reflect gymnastics and parkour activities with available spaces for your child's grade.
Saturday Community Activity Programme (CAP) Registration for Non-UWCSEA STUDENT
Select "Login CAP" for returning CAP students and have a UWCSEA account.
For new Non-UWCSEA Student, follow instructions on the "New Registration Guide" link to create a UWCSEA account.
HOLIDAY ACTIVITY PROGRAMME (HAP) SIGN UP
HAP registration for UWCSEA Students are via the ACTIVITY & SERVICE portal on CIMS
NON-UWCSEA REGISTRATION
To see activity options available and to register your interest please click the link below. It is first come first serve for NON-UWCSEA students, in order of registration timestamp and availability. We will contact you to confirm the places. Priority will be given to UWCSEA students.
