General Information & policies
Registration POLICY
UWCSEA STUDENTS
Everyone is required to register for the gymnastics activity on the designated sign-up dates via the college portal.
Students' places from the previous season (within the same school year) are carried over to the following season provided that the student signs up for the same day, places gymnastics as option 1, and settles the payment as soon as they receive their allocation.
Roll over does not apply from one academic year to another.
Avoid moving class days between seasons as this may affect the chances of securing a spot.
A student is allocated only one session a week to be able to accommodate as much students as possible. If a student wishes to do more than once a week, we can only offer the Saturday class as their second session.
Priority is given to those who have done the registration process. Students who missed the sign-up window will have to sign-up during the clearing phase where the system will reflect gymnastics and parkour activities with available spaces for your child's grade.
NON-UWCSEA STUDENTS
The programme is open to Non-UWCSEA students every Saturday.
Registration is done via the college website. Please click here for the instructions.
We are only able to offer a space once the general sign up and allocation for UWCSEA students have been completed.
Gymnastics centre policY
We have dedicated ourselves to creating a safe environment in the gym. This means that there are certain rules to be followed:
Students are NOT allowed on the floor or on any equipment in the gym until their designated coach begins instruction at the scheduled class time.
Only students enrolled in the class are allowed inside the gym. If you wish to watch your child, you may do so at our viewing area.
All students must wear the proper attire for gym. No school uniform, baggy shirts, jewelry, buttoned shorts, or socks.
Girls: leotard or active wear (PE kit is also allowed), hair pulled back in a ponytail.
Boys: PE kit or active wear
Make-Up Policy (UWCSEA Students)

Parents must arrange the Saturday Make-up class and should be confirmed in advance. If there are no alternative Saturday dates for your child's Make-up class, a refund will be done instead.

Make-Up Policy (Non-UWCSEA Students)
We are unable to offer make up lessons during weekdays. We can however, prorate/refund your fees according to your needs (i.e. school activities that clashes with your child's class, different holiday dates from the UWCSEA calendar and illness or injuries). If you know your school schedule of activities or your school holiday, please ensure you let us know before you make payment.
