Women's artistic gymnAstics (WAG)

WAG Kinder and Junior Development Squad


This programme is an advanced option for selected students from our Kinder Gym and Junior Gym classes. We focus on building strength, flexibility and discipline. The programme prepares gymnasts' physical abilities and build core skills needed for our Competitive Programme. Gymnasts are committed to 3 hours training per week for Kinder Development (K2 & G1) and 6 hours training per week for Junior Development (G2 to G6).


WAG Level 3 and 4


For girls in Grade 2 to Grade 8 with at least 2 years previous experience in the Gym School, Competitive or similar programmes. Gymnasts are committed 9 hours training per week for Level 3 and 12 hours training per week for Level 4.


WAG Senior Development and Level 5 to 7


For girls in Grade 4 and above with at least 3 years previous experience in the Competitive or similar programmes. Gymnasts are committed to 13.5hours to 17hours training per week.

MEN'S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS (MAG)

MAG Level 1 and 2


For boys in Grade 2 to Grade 8 with at least 2 years previous experience in the Gym School, Competitive or similar programmes. Gymnasts are committed to 7 hours training per week for Level 1 and 9 hours training per week for Level 2.


MAG Level 3 to FIG Jr


For boys in Grade 5 and above with at least 3 years previous experience in the Competitive or similar programmes. Gymnasts are committed to 13.5hours to 17hours training per week.
