This is the starting point. You will explore your personal inventory, your community needs, and systems mapping.

In this planning stage, you learn more and raise/resolve questions from your investigation. You also identify community partners, organise a plan with clear roles/responsibilities, and develop skills to create change. 

You can take action through many different ways including direct service, indirect service, advocacy, and/or research. Action should be done in collaboration with SSD Department. 

Don't forget this crucial stage! Reflection is key to learning how to create meaningful and impactful change helps and not harms. This can be done through the SWOT Reflection template.  

This is the time to share your service learning experience with a wider audience to educate and raise awareness. Feel free to use your creative and technology skills and talents to share.
