A course representative (rep) is the voice for all students studying on a particular course.
Course reps collect your views of College life and course specific issues and take them to the Curriculum Area Student Forum.
Course Representatives are elected by students on the course during the first few weeks of term in the PD session.
Being a course representative is an excellent opportunity to develop your personal skills and experience which will help prepare you for your next steps, employment or further study
Your Progress Tutor will provide time in your PD sessions for your group to discuss your course to give and receive feedback from Student Forums and the Student Parliament.
Staff, students and the Student Parliament work together to make changes to benefit you and your fellow students.
Speak to your Progress Tutor to find out more if you are interested in being a Course Rep.
