Resources to Support Math Planning

This continuum from TDSB outlines the key mathematical ideas across the grades K - 8 within the various math strands.
The planning guides below, were shared by NCDSB and are broken into Primary, Junior and Intermediate divisions as a possible guideline to use with combined grades. It links to resources such as the Guide to Effective Instruction, as well as the Math Makes Sense text book and TIPS for Revised math to support the learning.
The Cross Grade Comparison charts below are direct curriculum expectations that are sorted by strand and appear as a continuum to help with seeing at a glance before and after grade expectations.

Thames Valley DSB has math frameworks that lay out by grade how they are sequencing math over the year. They make some great connections between strands to help to keep the math connected. (Shared on Ontario Teachers - Resource and Idea Sharing Facebook group)
