Mosaics club gives students a chance to find their voice and speak their mind. This club focuses on diversity, multi racism, equity and more. The students in this club have free reign to pick whatever topic they choose to focus on and speak openly about it without judgment or criticism. Mosaics is so popular at other schools, like Greece, that it became a 12th grade elective. This club is a place to use your voice and then take action!
Club members are able to talk about important issues, and promote the topics of race, gender and identity. This is a place to talk about injustices in our world that normally no one really talks about, but should. It is a place where it is OK to be uncomfortable and it is OK to ask these hard questions. When joining Mosaics you will have a safe and trusted place to go to when needing to express yourself.
If you would like to take part in the Mosaics Club, they meet on Mondays, every other week in room 3307 with Ms. Gilmore! Hope to see you there!
