Hilton High School has many unique clubs to offer to their students, but how many do you actually know of? We’ve done the leg work and explored many of the clubs to give you a write up of each.
Here’s one that you could be interested in, Debate Club! This club is an amazing outlet for students to come in and discuss social justice issues or issues in our world in general. In Debate Club you get the chance to hear other perspectives and respectfully debate them. This club opens minds to new perspectives and brings people together of all genders, grade levels, and political identities. This club is made to have healthy, constructive, and fun debates!
This club meets every other Monday from 2:30pm - 3:15pm in Room 3303, run by Ms. D’Ambrosia and senior Jessica Williams. Also there are zero expectations to join the club, if you do sports or don’t have a ride, you are free to come to whatever meetings are good for your schedule!
If you have more questions you can go to the google classroom ( j5xultq ) for more information regarding Debate Club. Hope to see you there!
