Title: SPA Conference Scheduling

Objective: Students will schedule their Fall Student Involved Parent conference.

Materials:

• Conference Schedule (on counter by mailboxes and below)
• Letters home to parents (on counter by mailboxes and below)

1. Students will be leading their SPA conferences on October 23rd and October 26^th. This is an opportunity for parents to learn how their student is progressing half way through the semester.
2. Complete conference schedule with advisory students, call parents to schedule conference or send letter home with student. Remember to space out your conferences! Since we no longer have the last hour reserved for individual parent/teacher meetings it is important that teachers have open spots available for parent questions.
3. Reserve translator if needed: Translator Sign Up - Fall 2017 Conferences
4. Give Wendy/Carrie a copy of your conference schedule.
