Title: Senior Send Off/ Spring Conference Scheduling

Objective: Students will schedule their Senior Send Off Meeting

Materials:

• Conference Schedule (click on link or hard copy on counter by mailboxes)
• Parent Letter (click on link or hard copy on counter by mailboxes)

Procedures:

1. This spring for senior parent conferences, PHS is hosting a Senior Send Off informational meeting for 12th grade students and their parents on Thursday, March 22nd at 6:00 p.m.
2. If students/parents are unable to attend Senior Send Off Meeting, a traditional individual Student Parent Advisor Conference will be schedule on the 2nd night of conferences, Tuesday, March 27th.
3. Upon arriving at Senior Send Off Meeting, students/parents will find their Connection Teacher, sign in for attendance and receive a file folder (to be prepared in next Connection Lesson).
4. A short informational presentation will be shared follow by an opportunity to visit exhibit tables with DMACC, employment and other resource information.
