Topic: Student Handbook Scavenger Hunt/Jigsaw Activity

Objective: Students will review the school rules and policies in the student handbook.

Materials:

• Laptops with Connections Website
• Paper and writing utensils

Procedures:

Introduce activity - Student Handbook Scavenger Hunt/Jigsaw Activity. Have students login to their Google accounts.

Have students go to the website and bookmark it on their laptops!

**Note: Students have to be signed into Google to access all parts of the website.

Divide students into 5 groups and give each group of students one section of the Handbook Scavenger Hunt to complete. * Link to Scavenger Hunt Questions: Student Handbook Scavenger Hunt

Instruct students to read the ENTIRE section of the handbook they are given along with answering their section of questions (using the Connections Website for the scavenger hunt document and writing their answers down on a piece of paper). After the students are finished with their section, they will share their section of the handbook and answers to their part of the scavenger hunt with someone from each of the other groups .
