Research Proposal Submission Portal 

1. All submitted proposals must align with the identified priority areas.

2. Proposals that encompass multiple priority areas will receive the highest priority.

3. Interdisciplinary research proposals shall be given top priority.

4. Proposals aligning with SDGs 3, 4, 7, 12, 15, and 17 will be prioritized.

5. If submissions are low in some clusters, OVCRE may redirect funds to other clusters.

6. Exceptional research proposals outside these priority areas may still be eligible for funding.

7. Proponents with unfinished deliverables in past internally funded projects will be disqualified.

Note: All proposals will undergo initial in-house screening by the OVCRE, followed by technical evaluation by reviewers and research council.
