4. Authors who are eligible for Publication Award may receive it as much as Fifteen (15) time in a year. However, an article may be given Publication Award once.

However, the resolution will still cover matters in BOR Resolutions No. 173, series of 2022, not included in this proposed revision.

4.  In case of co-authorship with MSU-IIT faculty or staff, the Publication Fee Subsidy will be given only once per article.
